Sec. 43-36. Definition.

      Sec. 43-36. Definition. The term "liquefied petroleum gas", as used in sections 43-37 to 43-44, inclusive, shall mean and include any material which is composed predominantly of any of the following hydrocarbons or mixtures of the same: Propane, propylene, butane, normal or isobutane and butylene.
