      Sec. 45a-390. (Formerly Sec. 45-204a). "Fiduciary" defined. Applicability of chapter. (a) As used in sections 45a-390 to 45a-419, inclusive, and section 45a-471, "fiduciary" includes the executor or an administrator of a decedent's estate.

      (b) The provisions of said sections shall apply with respect to decedents dying before October 1, 1987.
