      Sec. 45a-416. (Formerly Sec. 45-215a). Prohibition on appointment of certain persons as commissioners. A court of probate shall not appoint as commissioner on the estate of any deceased person or as trustee of the estate of any insolvent debtor any officer or employee of the court or any person employed by the judge thereof.
