      Sec. 45a-757. (Formerly Sec. 45-68n). Records maintained on a permanent 
basis. Records kept or information received by courts of probate, Superior Court, the 
department, the Department of Public Health, agencies and the registrars of vital statistics, which contain or may contain information necessary to comply with the provisions 
of sections 45a-743 to 45a-757, inclusive, shall be maintained on a permanent basis.
