      Sec. 47a-56h. (Formerly Sec. 19-347g). Rights of mortgagee or lienor remedying nuisance and paying expenses. Any mortgagee or lienor who, at his expense, 
remedies or removes the nuisance to the satisfaction of the court shall have and be 
entitled to enforce a lien equivalent to the lien granted to the receiver in favor of the 
municipality under sections 47a-56 to 47a-56i, inclusive. Any mortgagee or lienor who, 
following the appointment of a receiver by the court, reimburses the receiver and the 
municipality for all costs and charges as hereinabove provided shall be entitled to an 
assignment of the lien granted to the receiver in favor of the municipality.
