      Sec. 48-55. Ombudsman for Property Rights authorized to apply for and accept grants, gifts and bequests on behalf of office. The Ombudsman for Property Rights may apply for and accept grants, gifts and bequests of funds from other states, federal and interstate agencies and independent authorities and private firms, individuals and foundations, for the purpose of carrying out the responsibilities of the Office of Ombudsman for Property Rights.
