      Sec. 4b-64. (Formerly Sec. 4-36c). When notice of intent to dispose of, demolish or transfer certain structures required to be given Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism and affected municipality. Each state department, institution or agency intending to dispose of, demolish or transfer ownership of any structure more than fifty years old shall notify the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism of such intent ninety days before the disposition, demolition or transfer. The department, institution or agency, not more than one hundred twenty days and not less than thirty days before such disposition, demolition or transfer, shall publish notice of its intent three times in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality in which such structure is located and shall post a sign stating its intent in a conspicuous place on the property on which such structure is located not less than thirty days before the disposition, demolition or transfer.

Sess. P.A. 04-2, effective May 12, 2004, both replaced Connecticut Commission on Arts, Tourism, Culture, History and Film with Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism.
