      Sec. 4b-72. (Formerly Sec. 4-24i). Acquisition of property within district by Commissioner of Public Works. Subject to the provisions of section 4b-23, the Commissioner of Public Works may acquire by purchase, lease or gift, or by eminent domain in the manner provided by part I of chapter 835, such land, easements or rights-of-way as shall be required for the development of the Connecticut Capitol Center in Hartford within the area described in subsection (a) of section 4b-66.
