      Sec. 4d-41. Interagency agreement between Joint Committee on Legislative Management and Chief Information Officer. The Joint Committee on Legislative Management and the Chief Information Officer may, by interagency agreement, provide for the General Assembly (1) to receive information system and telecommunication system facilities, equipment and services pursuant to contracts, subcontracts or amendments to contracts or subcontracts and (2) to interconnect with state agency information systems and telecommunication systems.
