      Sec. 4e-38. (Note: This section is effective June 1, 2010.) Issuance of decision on appeal by board. The State Contracting Standards Board shall issue a decision in writing or take other appropriate action on each appeal submitted pursuant to section 4e-37. A copy of any decision shall be provided to all parties, the department head of the state contracting agency and the Chief Procurement Officer.
