Sec. 51-51u. Jurisdiction over complaints filed with council previously established. The council established under section 51-51k shall have the power to hear and
decide complaints filed with, but not finally determined by, the Judicial Review Council
established under sections 51-51a to 51-51f, inclusive, of the general statutes, revision
of 1958, revised to 1977, and may hear and decide complaints received on or after
January 1, 1978, notwithstanding that the act complained of occurred prior to that date.
