Sec. 51-108. Files and minutes admissible as evidence.
Sec. 51-108. Files and minutes admissible as evidence. In the absence of a formal
record, the files and minutes of a justice of the peace in any action heard and determined
by him shall be admissible as evidence in all actions brought on such judgment after
his decease or removal from this state.
