Sec. 51-352b. (Formerly Sec. 54-28). Jurisdiction of crimes committed on
water. All offenses committed on any waters adjacent to a town, but not wholly within
it, shall be deemed, for the purpose of determining the jurisdiction of courts, to be
committed in such town.
