Sec. 53a-292. Vendor fraud in the second degree: Class C felony. (a) A person
is guilty of vendor fraud in the second degree when he commits vendor fraud, as defined
in section 53a-290, and receives payment for goods or services fraudulently provided
in excess of five thousand dollars.
(b) Vendor fraud in the second degree is a class C felony.
