      Sec. 6-38m. Annual fee to State Marshal Commission. Commencing October 1, 2001, and not later than October first each year thereafter, each state marshal shall pay an annual fee of two hundred fifty dollars to the State Marshal Commission, which fee shall be deposited in the General Fund.

      History: June Sp. Sess. P.A. 01-9 effective July 1, 2001 (Revisor's note: The references in Subsecs. (d) and (e) to "$250,000", "$110,000" and "$230,000", were replaced editorially by the Revisors with "two hundred fifty thousand dollars", "one hundred ten thousand dollars" and "two hundred thirty thousand dollars", respectively and in Subsec.
