Sec. 7-269a. Anticipation notes.

      Sec. 7-269a. Anticipation notes. In addition to its other powers under this chapter, any municipality operating a sewerage system may issue temporary notes to be paid from anticipated income from sewer assessments and may renew such notes annually for not more than fifteen years.

      History: 1963 act increased number of years notes may be renewed from 3 to 5; 1967 act specified anticipated income from sewer assessments for payments of temporary notes and increased number of annual renewals from 5 to 12; P.A. 76-375 increased number of renewals to 15.
