CONNECTICUT STATUTES AND CODES

Sec. 7-620c. Public purpose.

      Sec. 7-620c. Public purpose. It is hereby determined that the powers conferred in sections 7-620 to 7-620e, inclusive, are in all respects for the benefit of the people of the state and for the improvement of their health, safety, welfare, comfort and security and that the purposes of sections 7-620 to 7-620e, inclusive, are public purposes and that a municipality will be performing an essential governmental function in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 7-620 to 7-620e, inclusive.
