      Sec. 8-226. Use of prior bond proceeds for redevelopment and urban renewal. The proceeds from such bonds and notes as are authorized to be issued, or any proceeds from such bonds and notes as may have been issued, under the provisions of section 8-154b but which, on July 1, 1967, are uncommitted and unallocated or which may subsequently become uncommitted or unallocated, shall be used for any of the purposes authorized by sections 8-44a, 8-154f, 8-208, 8-209, 8-210, 8-216, 8-218, 8-220, 17b-752, 17b-853 and 47a-56j.
