      Sec. 8-239a. Powers and duties under Secs. 8-228 to 8-239, inclusive, transferred to Department and Commissioner of Economic and Community Development. The powers and duties of the Department of Community Affairs and the Commissioner of Community Affairs under sections 8-228 to 8-239, inclusive, are transferred to the Department of Economic and Community Development and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development.
