      Sec. 8-315. Discrimination prohibited in housing financed under this chapter. The municipality shall take all necessary steps to insure that occupancy of all housing financed or otherwise assisted pursuant to this chapter be open to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, national origin or ancestry, sex, age or physical disability.
