Payment of authorized political expenses by checks of authorized banks, petty cash fund, reimbursement of committee workers for authorized expenditures from personal funds; preservation of records. Payment of permitted expenses by campaign treasurers; charitable and memorial contributions; honorariums for elected officials prohibited.
