Subchapter III. Divisions of the Department

§ 6520. Establishment of divisions.

There shall be within the Department a Division of Field Services for probation and parole services, a Division of Statistics, Research and Planning and such other divisions and subdivisions, including a Division of Institutions, with such personnel as the Commissioner shall deem desirable.
