§§ 2901-2911. State agency to cooperate with individuals, public agencies and United States government; State Forestry Fund; disposition of fines; report by courts of forestry law cases; agreements for prevention of forest fires; educational and research activities; distribution of tree seeds and seedlings; sale of surplus trees; state forests, parks, experimental stations and demonstration areas; receipt of gifts; leases; expenditures; qualifications and appointment of State Forester; powers and duties of Department generally.
