For purposes of this subchapter, the terms “Mayor,” “Council,” “District,” “agency,” “rule,” “rulemaking,” “person,” “party,” “order,” “relief,” “proceeding,” “public record,” and “adjudication” shall have the meaning as provided in § 2-502.
