25.051 Regular terms.
The Supreme Court shall hold two terms in each year, in the Supreme Court Building, commencing respectively on the first day of January and July, providing, that if such day be a Sunday or legal holiday, then on the first subsequent day which is not a Sunday or legal holiday.
