28.2455 Transfer of trust funds in excess of amount needed for clerk budgets.

By June 20th of each year, the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation shall identify the amount of funds in the Clerks of Court Trust Fund in excess of the amount needed to fund the approved clerk of court budgets for the current state fiscal year. The Justice Administrative Commission shall transfer the amount identified by the corporation from the Clerks of Court Trust Fund to the General Revenue Fund by June 25th of each year.
