110.1055 Rules and rulemaking authority.

The Department of Management Services shall adopt rules as necessary to effectuate the provisions of this chapter, as amended by this act, and in accordance with the authority granted to the department in this chapter. All existing rules relating to this chapter are statutorily repealed January 1, 2002, unless otherwise readopted.
