215.55865 Uniform home grading scale.

The Financial Services Commission shall adopt a uniform home grading scale to grade the ability of a home to withstand the wind load from a sustained severe tropical storm or hurricane. The commission shall coordinate with the Office of Insurance Regulation, the Department of Financial Services, and the Department of Community Affairs in developing the grading scale, which must be based upon and consistent with the rating system required by chapter 2006-12, Laws of Florida. The commission shall adopt the uniform grading scale by rule no later than June 30, 2007.
