288.12295 Promotion and development of sports-related industries; direct-support organization; confidentiality of donor identities.

The identity of a donor or prospective donor to the direct-support organization authorized under s. 288.1229 who desires to remain anonymous and all information identifying such donor or prospective donor are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. Such anonymity shall be maintained in audit reports.
