984.05 Rules relating to habitual truants; adoption by State Board of Education and Department of Juvenile Justice.
The Department of Juvenile Justice and the State Board of Education shall work together on the development of, and shall adopt, rules as necessary for the implementation of ss. 984.03(27), 985.03(25), and 1003.27.
