985.486 Intensive residential treatment programs for offenders less than 13 years of age; prerequisite for commitment.

No child who is eligible for commitment to an intensive residential treatment program for offenders less than 13 years of age under s. 985.483 may be committed to any intensive residential treatment program for offenders less than 13 years of age under s. 985.483 unless such program has been established by the department through existing resources or specific appropriation for such program.
