1011.82 Requirements for participation in 1Community College Program Fund.

Each 1community college district which participates in the state appropriations for the 1Community College Program Fund shall provide evidence of its effort to maintain an adequate 1community college program which shall:

   (1) Meet the minimum standards prescribed by the State Board of Education in accordance with s. 1001.02(6).

   (2) Effectively fulfill the mission of the 1community colleges in accordance with s. 1004.65.
