265.709 Publications.
The division may promote and encourage the writing of Florida history and collect, edit, publish, and print pamphlets, papers, manuscripts, documents, books, monographs, and other materials relating to Florida history. The division may establish a reasonable charge for such publications and shall hold any moneys received from the sale of publications in the Grants and Donations Trust Fund or in a separate depository account in the name of a citizen support organization formed pursuant to s. 265.703 and subject to the provision of a letter of agreement with the division.
