381.045 Hepatitis B or HIV carriers.
The Department of Health shall have the authority to establish procedures to handle, counsel, and provide other services to health care professionals licensed or certified under chapter 401, chapter 467, part IV of chapter 468, and chapter 483 who are infected with hepatitis B or the human immunodeficiency virus.
