333.065 Guidelines regarding land use near airports.
The Department of Transportation, after consultation with the Department of Community Affairs, local governments, and other interested persons, shall adopt by rule recommended guidelines regarding compatible land uses in the vicinity of airports. These guidelines shall utilize acceptable and established quantitative measures, such as the Air Installation Compatible Use Zone standards, the Florida Statutes, and applicable Federal Aviation Administration documents.
