339.411 Amendment of articles.

The articles of incorporation may be amended at any time, subject to approval of the department. The department may also direct the articles of incorporation to be amended to conform to the department’s rules or as otherwise necessary. The amended articles of incorporation shall set forth the fact that such amendment was approved by the department and the date of approval by the department.
