348.973 Cooperation with other units, boards, agencies, and individuals.

Express authority and power is given and granted to any agency or instrumentality of the state, county, municipality, drainage district, road and bridge district, school district, or other political subdivision, board, commission, or individual in or of this state to make and enter into contracts, including interlocal agreements, leases, conveyances, or other agreements within the provisions and purposes of this part with the authority. The authority is expressly authorized to make and enter into contracts, including interlocal agreements, leases, conveyances, and other agreements, to the extent consistent with chapters 334, 335, 338, and 339 and other provisions of the laws of this state and with 23 U.S.C. ss. 101 et seq., with any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality of this state and with any federal agency, corporation, or individual, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part.
