348.9935 Bond financing authority for improvements.

Pursuant to s. 11(f), Art. VII of the State Constitution, the Legislature hereby approves for bond financing by the Southwest Florida Expressway Authority improvements to toll collection facilities, interchanges to the legislatively approved regional transportation system, and any other facility appurtenant, necessary, or incidental to the approved system. Subject to terms and conditions of applicable revenue bond resolutions and covenants, such costs may be financed in whole or in part by revenue bonds issued pursuant to s. 348.9936(1)(a) or (b) whether currently issued or issued in the future, or by a combination of such bonds.
