364.06 Joint rates, tolls, contracts, or charges.

The names of the several companies which are parties to any joint rates, tolls, contracts, or charges of telecommunications companies for services to be rendered shall be specified therein, and each of the parties thereto, other than the one filing the same, shall file with the commission such evidence of concurrence therein or acceptance thereof as may be required or approved by the commission. When such evidence of concurrence or acceptance is filed, it shall not be necessary for the companies filing the same to also file copies of the tariff in which they are named as parties.
