364.3382 Disclosure.

A local exchange telecommunications company, when a residential customer initially requests service, shall advise each residential customer of the least-cost service available to that customer. Annually, the local exchange telecommunications company shall advise each residential customer of the price of each service option selected by that customer. The requirement of an annual notice does not apply to interexchange service.
