409.801 Goal of Legislature; creation of Family Policy Act.

The primary goal of the Legislature is to protect, preserve, and enhance the stability and quality of Florida’s families through the funding of programs and services and the enforcement of laws and policies to prevent family dysfunction and the loss of family independence. In furtherance of this goal, there is created the “Family Policy Act.”
