413.208 Service providers; quality assurance and fitness for responsibilities.
The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation shall certify providers of direct service and ensure that they maintain an internal system of quality assurance, have proven functional systems, and are subject to a due-diligence inquiry as to their fitness to undertake service responsibilities, regardless of whether a contract for services is procured competitively or noncompetitively.
