418.11 Payment of expenses and custody of funds.

The cost and expense of the establishment, maintenance and conduct of a supervised recreation system of playgrounds, recreation centers and other recreational facilities and activities shall be paid out of taxes or money received for this purpose, and the playground and recreation board or commission, or other authority in which is vested the power to provide, establish, conduct and maintain a supervised recreation system and facilities as aforesaid, shall have exclusive control of all moneys collected or donated to the credit of the playground and recreation fund.
