440.59 Reporting requirements.

The department shall annually prepare a report of the administration of this chapter for the preceding calendar year, including a detailed statement of the receipts of and expenditures from the fund established in s. 440.50 and a statement of the causes of the accidents leading to the injuries for which the awards were made, together with such recommendations as the department considers advisable. On or before September 15 of each year, the department shall submit a copy of the report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Democratic and Republican Leaders of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and the chairs of the legislative committees having jurisdiction over workers’ compensation.
