468.1756 Statute of limitations.

An administrative complaint may only be filed pursuant to s. 456.073 for an act listed in s. 468.1755(1)(c)-(q) within 4 years from the time of the incident giving rise to the complaint, or within 4 years from the time the incident is discovered or should have been discovered.
