483.26 Technical advisory panel.

The Agency for Health Care Administration may establish a technical advisory panel to assist the agency in rule revisions that are necessary as a result of this act. This advisory input should be sought to expand public participation in agency decisions and to draw on the expertise of representatives from the various segments of health care which have an interest in laboratory procedures.
