527.03 Annual renewal of license.

All licenses required under this chapter shall be renewed annually subject to the license fees prescribed in s. 527.02 for the period beginning September 1 and shall expire on the following August 31 unless sooner suspended, revoked, or otherwise terminated. Any license allowed to expire on August 31 shall become inoperative because of failure to renew. The fee for restoration of a license is equal to the original license fee and must be paid before the licensee may resume operations.
