535.05 License fee.

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall assess an application and license fee of $300 for the public sale of thoroughbred horses provided in ss. 535.01 and 535.02. This fee shall be paid when a request is made for a license for the public sale of thoroughbred horses.
