601.70 Inspection of records by Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, or its duly authorized agents, shall have the right to inspect all accounts, records, and memoranda of any citrus fruit dealer required to be kept pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. If any such citrus fruit dealer refuses to permit such inspection, the department may publish the facts and circumstances and by order suspend the license of the offender until permission to make such inspection is given.
