601.73 Additional methods of enforcement.

The several circuit courts of the state, sitting in chancery, are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce, and to enjoin and restrain any citrus fruit dealer from violating the provisions of this law, or any rule, regulation, or order made by the Department of Agriculture, in any proceeding brought by the Department of Agriculture in any of said circuit courts; and in any such proceeding it shall not be necessary for the Department of Agriculture to allege or prove that an adequate remedy at law does not exist.
